News Flash re Exchange on 31 May

The Netball for all teams will now be at our school starting at 1:30pm.

Exchange 2 against Victoria Avenue - Tuesday 31 May

Rugby and Soccer both at Shore Road reserve
2 x 10 aside Rugby teams
1 11 aside Soccer Team

Victoria Avenue School Field and Courts
1 x Hockey team mixed
2 x Netball Year 6 A/B Team
2 x Netball Year 5 A/B Team


Children will travel by bus. Games start at 1:30.

All children not travelling will have organised sport back at school.

Sports Mania

Exchange one against Epsom Normal and the sun shone...unfortunately the bus situation caused a few problems however everyone reached their destinations in the end and we all returned safely. Thanks to the teachers and parents who completed unexpected trips.

Netball: Year 6 had mainly wins and one loss. Our four teams worked hard to gain their victories.

Hockey: All four teams won all their matches. Playing on grass was harder than turf because clumps of the grass caused the ball to go off course. The ball was easier to stop because it wasn't moving as fast.

Soccer: We had four teams playing and there were 5 wins, 2 losses and 1 draw. We think our goalies were outstanding. We know we have to work on staying in our positions for next week. The field was really small which made it easy to kick the ball the length of the field.

Rugby: Two 10 aside teams played and both of them won. We had no tries scored against us.

Saturday Netball Team to play in A GRADE!!!

Our Saturday team is in the A grade at Three Kings Netball.

All children who are in teams are travelling by bus to the various venues.

Saturday Netball is Underway

Grading day today for our team playing in the Three Kings Netball competition.

This year we only have a Year 6 team playing and they had a successful day. Two wins - 8 - 3 and 10 - 1.

With the second grading day next week we look forward to seeing what grade they will end up in.
